Infrared Sauna · 1 credit · $45 drop-in
Deep warmth,no crowd.
Your own cedar cabin, warmed by infrared rather than scorching air. Gentle enough to breathe easily, deep enough to leave you loose, calm and genuinely rested.

The experience
Heat that meets you halfway.
Infrared sauna uses light in the infrared range to warm the body directly. The air stays milder than a traditional sauna, so the heat builds gradually and comfortably. Most guests describe it as a slow, even warmth that settles into the muscles. You control the pace: sit, stretch, breathe, or simply close your eyes.
Red light therapy and infrared sauna are different experiences and not interchangeable. Red light is about light exposure with little heat. Infrared sauna is about heat and sweat. Many members use both in a week for different reasons.
Preparation
Four small things that make a big difference.
Hydrate before
Drink water in the hour before your visit. You will sweat more than you expect.
Skip heavy meals
A light snack is fine. A full meal right before can feel uncomfortable in the heat.
Wear little
Most guests wear a swimsuit, gym shorts or a towel. It is your private cabin; wear what is comfortable.
Leave time after
Rinse off, cool down and rehydrate. Build in a few minutes before you rush to your next thing.
